Join Baroque ensemble Spiritato as they explore 17th Century treasures from Northern Europe, including stunning, newly discovered works from Sweden's famous Düben Collection. A showcase of daring virtuosity and wonderful invention at the outset of the Baroque period, featuring works by Buxtehude, Telemann and Bertali.

British violist ROSALIND VENTRIS leads an international career as a soloist and chamber musician. RICHARD UTTLEY has performed as recitalist and concerto soloist at venues including Bridgewater Hall, Cadogan Hall, Royal Festival Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Wigmore Hall, and, further afield.

ENSEMBLE MOLIÈRE has gained a reputation as an established early music ensemble. Their unique combination of instruments provides memorable and creative programmes from the repertoire of the 17th and 18th centuries, all performed on historical instruments.

Jonathan Bloxham, Daniel Lebhardt and Benjamin Baker come together as the Northern Chords Ensemble. We welcome them to Concerts in the West.
